رؤيتنا :قاصر مؤهل ووقف متنام Qualified Minor and Growing Waqf كان ميلاد مؤسسة الأوقاف وشئون القُصّر بإصدار القانون رقم 6 لسنة 2004 م في عهد المغفور له بإذن الله تعالى الشيخ مكتوم بن راشد آل مكتوم ، ومع توسع المؤسسة في أعمالها ومهامها ، أصدر صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي القانون رقم 9 لسنة 2007م بشأن تنظيم أعمال المؤسسة ، بما يكفل توفير المناخ الصالح لتحقيق المزيد من الإنجازات في تنمية أموال الوقف والقصر، ورعاية شئونهم، وفق خطة هادفة مدروسة، ورؤية واعية ثاقبة. The Awqaf & Minors Affairs Foundation will be dedicated to the legal supervision over the Awqaf, its care & investment as well as it will be responsible for managing & spending its funds & revenues within the limits of the conditions of the donator to achieve the Sharia purposes. It also takes, within the limits of this law, pursuant to provisions of Islamic Sharia, the procedures necessary to protect the funds of the Minors, disqualified, lost persons and to care for their affairs.
