Welcome to www.ishvaradrishti.com, Ishvara Drishti the Sanskrit word means "Seeing everything as God". This website is my humble area where Rehana Edison would like to share and transfer of her knowledge, energy, skills and rich experience of more that 10 years into Yoga, Meditation, Art & Ayurveda.

Rehana Edison, an eternal devotee of traditional art forms, she is known for her refined elegance and "the total internalization of emotive energy". Her class combines great discipline, knowledge of space and time. Her practices are a powerful and sustained love-pact between the practitioner and her material. Rehana is strongly follower of the limbs of yoga, she believe by practicing this impurity is destroyed and the radiance of Jnana (wisdom) leads to Viveka (Discernment).

Trained in the Ashtanga yoga style by eminent Guru Vijay, she have been practicing Yoga for more than ten years now. She has also practiced Vipassana mediation. Graduated from The Yoga Institute, she has been involved in theater and film as another creative outlet to her immense talent. Through all her work, she aims to inspire, provoke, build community, and ultimately touch the heart.

Along with yoga Rehana have completed Certificate Course in Fitness instructor too.. Being an ardent dance lover, she have been practicing one of the most ancient and beautiful forms of Indian Classical Dance, contemporary.

As she says "Yoga in of transferring of my energy, skills and experience to people surrounding me, so that she students or clients can feel body change, mind calm down and happiness."
