We are very eager to hear what you have to say however, we ask that you do so in an appropriate manner. All feedback posted on the Joe’s Crab Shack Facebook page must be done so respectfully, truthfully and without inappropriate language. We hope to receive countless comments and feedback about the amazing experiences you’ve had at Joe’s. If your visit was less than stellar, please let us know that too and we will do our best to correct it.

Our rules are simple: we comply with Facebook’s terms of service (http://www.facebook.com/terms.php), and we reserve the right to remove any posts we find offensive or otherwise damaging to our community or defamatory to Joe’s Crab Shack and our fans. We also do not engage in posts inquiring about confidential information. Since we’re a family restaurant, we don’t tolerate obscene language. Employees of Joe’s Crab Shack are not eligible to participate in contests/promotions on the Facebook page.
