Many of the Caribbean ingredients and spices are imported straight from Jamrock – such as Scotch Bonnet peppers and Pimento seeds – while fresh organic produce and meats are sourced locally.

Whether it’s a night out or a celebration with your nearest and dearest, our famous Jerk Chicken, Jamaican Oxtail, or Beach-shack Lobster are must-haves.
