The Steak Bar begins by offering you a selection of the finest beef available; USDA Prime Grade, 100% certified Black Angus Beef. Meticulous breeding and quality standards combined with our exclusive aging techniques make our steaks the ultimate in flavor and tenderness. Our cuts of beef are simply the “best of the best” sourced from the highest quality grade which accounts for only 1.5% of all Beef sourced in the USA.

To create the perfect steak experience, the cut you select will be grilled over our exclusive and unique recipe of Imported, Premium Hardwood Charcoal, brushed with olive oil and seasoned with our blend of sea salt and fresh ground pepper. To compliment your steak, choose one of our carefully prepared house sauces and side dishes cooked daily from the finest ingredients that include fresh cut French fries, our traditional French recipe light and fluffy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable selection.
