General information

Real Estate Development has been the back bone of our family owned Group and we have successfully completed Towers in Communities such as Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Business Bay, and Central Business District of International City in Dubai.

With one more tower currently under construction and two other Projects (Having Net Sellable Area of approximately 2 million sq.ft) in the design phase, we are one of the prominent Realty Developers in the United Arab Emirates. By God’s Grace, we are one of the very few Developers to not only survive but continue developing after the economic downturn of 2008.

HDS Group of Companies has been diversifying over years and we are actively involved in the following activities:

o Rent A Car
o Food & Beverages

In addition to the Group’s Real Estate Developments in the design phase and expansion of the current non-real estate ventures, the HDS Group is actively looking and performing due diligence in the industries of Steel, Petrochemical, General Trading, Education & Hospitality.
