The joint venture is a natural extension of the core business activities of both companies - Motivate's experience and profile at the top of the advertising sales market is complemented by Val Morgan's experience and understanding of the cinema market worldwide.

Based in Dubai Media City, Motivate Val Morgan represents the multiplexes operated by VOX Cinemas, Reel Cinemas, Oscar Cinemas, Cine Royal Cinema, Roxy Cinemas, Cinemacity and City Cinemas.

Motivate Val Morgan is the Official Representative for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and Dubai Lynx in the UAE, and is also a full member of SAWA (Global Cinema Advertising Association).
