Quite often the solution does involve the use of an offshore structure such as an offshore company or trust. Sometimes the desired effect is achieved simply by re-arranging a client's affairs. We pride ourselves on exploring all avenues before recommending a solution. Our clients are quite surprised that we spend so much time with them getting to know them, their affairs and priorities.

Alpha Management Limited is registered at DIFC and was launched by Shaukat Murad and Ravi Chitnis to look at providing innovative solutions to clients seeking asset protection, estate planning and tax mitigation opportunities. The founding directors have many years experience between them, in working with clients from all walks of life in arriving at individually tailored personal solutions.

For the reseller we specialize in offering competitive prices backed up with a full support service. We work on small margins and rely on repeat business.

For the individual we offer a full consultancy service in identifying your needs before recommending a specific course of action. Quite often the solution lies in a combination of an offshore structure coupled with a borrowing facility. We have established communication channels with major banks willing to lend to our clients on competitive terms.

We currently have an office in Dubai, and a network of professional affiliates in London, Isle of Man, BVI, Seychelles, Hong Kong, Mauritius, Cyprus and a host of other jurisdictions. We are also registered agents for JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority) and RAK (Ras Al Khaimah).
