The era of flatbread is here!
It all started on a boardwalk by the sun-kissed beaches of Romagna on the Adriatic coast of Italy... A visiting American, taken by the sight of beautiful Norina vigorously preparing the dough by hand, coined the term Piadéra – the feminine of Piader (mixing the english for who crafts the Piada with the Rimini dialect).
Since that day we have dedicated ourselves to the craft of the Piadéra, combining only the highest-quality fresh ingredients with traditional methods to ensure every Piada is mouth-watering, delicious, and completely satisfying.
Take a bite and let yourself drift away to the beaches of Romagna, where it all began...
