We have pioneered property inspection, consultancy, property and asset management in Dubai for the last 5 years. Our property inspection experience spans back over 20 years and being the first inspection firm based in Dubai we have been active in the Middle East region over the last 7 years.

Our RICS qualified and RERA licensed building surveyors, MEP engineers and other specialists work with our clients to enhance the value of their real estate assets. Our services are provided to best international standards and are tailored to meet the requirements of our clients. We are experienced in inspecting property at all stages of the property lifecycle as they are either constructed, completed, refurbished or sold.

We have experienced and professional teams of people and have leading systems and technology in place enabling us to deliver great service and quality advice. We are fortunate to have our own 'in house' technology development capability and can deliver to our clients bespoke real estate software solutions.

Realpoint is recognised as a leader in property inspection and valuation within the region. We have developed many of the inspection standards that have been adopted in the market and are regular lecturers on the subjects at the Dubai Real Estate Institute. As RICS building surveyors and 'RICS registered valuers' we keep updated on latest best international practice and follow professional codes of practice.

Within Dubai we have inspected well over 1,000 properties over the last couple of years and are therefore the most experienced inspection firm in the market. To date we are still the only firm in Dubai that has on numerous occasions successfully audited and managed the rectification works required to meet the completion standards for buildings to be handed over from the developer to the owner association in accordance with RERA's requirements.

The team are specialists in due diligence surveys, property inspections, development monitoring, project management and insurance reinstatement cost assessments. We also advise upon asset registers, condition reports, lifecycle costing and reserve fund studies.
