SUGAR FACTORY AMERICAN BRASSERIE
NEW YORK MEATPACKING DISTRICT
The Meatpacking District’s sweet new neighbor, Sugar Factory American Brasserie is now open at 835 Washington St. serves a sampling of the company’s signature menu selections. The new 5,000-square foot brasserie and retail store delivers the same “MTV meets Willy Wonka” appeal that has made Sugar Factory an international favorite.

Created by a team of world-class chefs, the menu selections include everything from sweet breakfast offerings and savory appetizers to soups, salads and burgers, all available throughout the day.

Sugar Factory offers an array of pasta selections and six thin crust pizza selections or guests can build their own from more than 25 ingredients. Grill selections include selections such as steak frites, Sugar Factory’s signature chicken and waffles and pan-roasted Pacific salmon.

Sugar Factory New York City’s desserts are legendary. The King Kong Sundae packs a sweet punch for up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream, two cupcakes, sprinkles, caramel sauce, fudge sauce, strawberry sauce, marshmallows, Reese’s Pieces, chocolate chip cookies, crushed waffle cones, gummy bears, white chocolate strawberry shavings, sliced bananas, toasted walnuts and whipped cream, and then topped off with giant swirly pops. Sugar Factory’s decadent sundaes, fondues, shakes, hot chocolate and frozen hot chocolate selections are favorites at the popular restaurant.

Sugar Factory’s premium spirits bring sweet treats into spiked adult beverages, including Sugar Factory’s signature 60-ounce alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets, candy-inspired martinis and sweet signature cocktails.

Sugar Factory’s New York City retail location features a sampling of the company’s signature treats and merchandise, including candy bins and the world-famous Couture Pops. MIRACLE MILE AT PLANET HOLLYWOOD RESORT & CASINO
The Miracle Mile location is the second shop of the internationally recognized confectionary brand opened in February 2010. The store offers 1,500 square-feet of classic and nostalgic candy, sweet favorites, whimsical gifts and signature Sugar Factory apparel. Also at this location is Sugar Factory’s decadent café. The Sugar Factory’s café is known for its one-of-a-kind, creamy and crave-worthy milkshakes, such as the iconic “Barbie,” “Fluffer Nutter” and “Make A Wish.” For those looking to indulge in a tasty, chilled treat, Sugar Factory at Miracle Mile Shops supplies a myriad of velvety-smooth gelato and sorbetto flavors. Also included is a full-service coffee bar, as Sugar Factory’s baristas will create robust, flavorful coffee and tea selections.

NEW YORK MEATPACKING DISTRICT
Sugar Factory American Brasserie in New York City’s Meatpacking District opened in April 2013, making it the first East Coast location for the internationally recognized confectionary brand. The 3,000-square-foot brasserie and retail store offers an awe-inspiring journey for candy lovers to indulge in a sugary paradise. The new Sugar Factory features a sampling of the company’s signature treats, merchandise and the world-famous Couture Pops in the retail store. Beyond the main dining room of the Brasserie is the Sugar Suite for guests looking for a more intimate setting to have semi-private parties and events. The new East Coast Sugar Factory American Brasserie offers both sweet and savory American culinary favorites to the New Yorkers fulfilling their sweet tooth.

BAHRAIN
Sugar Factory, in conjunction with Bahrain-based brand, Haute Cupcakes, is now open abroad in the Middle East, located at the Ritz-Carlton. Growing its acclaimed confectionary empire globally, Sugar Factory’s first international location opened in May 2013. From classic childhood novelties and modern candy creations, to Sugar Factory’s signature celebrity Couture Pops, the new 300-square-foot store offers it all in the Seef Area, Bahrain’s business district. The sweet destination features a large selection of sweet treat options, such as bulk candy and baked goods by Haute Cupcakes, as well as a collection of playful and chic retail merchandise that includes stylish T-shirts, hats, coffee mugs, glassware and more.

Our newest retail location is in Brooklyn, New York. The 4,000-square-foot retail store features all of Sugar Factory’s most sought after confections and stylish retail, as well as a Brooklyn Nets specialty Couture Pop and other merchandise that brings the two brands together.

SUGAR FACTORY ROSEMONT
Say hello to your sweet new neighbor, Chicago! Sugar Factory American Brasserie is a 9,000-square-foot space offering both sweet and savory American culinary classics to the MB Financial Park Entertainment District in Rosemont.

Upon entering Sugar Factory, guests are greeted by a dazzling retail store and ice cream shop offering a rainbow array of specialty candies, a café menu and gifts. We are especially excited to introduce our signature Couture Pops to Chicago! This candy phenomenon is enjoyed by pop culture icons like Katy Perry, Britney Spears, the Kardashian Sisters, Holly Madison and other Hollywood trendsetters.

Beyond the retail store the space boasts a crystal chandelier appointed dining room with a full bar, table and booth seating. Walking through the dining room space guests find the Chocolate Lounge, an intimate alcove offering indoor and outdoor dining and drinking space.

Sugar Factory’s culture is a celebrated concept of food and drink menus that include perfectly executed classics, from eggs benedict and burgers to housemade flatbreads, savory steaks and pastas. Our more unique selections include Banana Split Crepes, Rocky Road Fondue and Red Velvet Pancakes. Sugar Factory also found a way to spike your favorite drinks by offering signature smoking candy goblets, and specialty martinis and cocktails, such as the Cotton Candy Cosmopolitan or Cherry Tootsie Pop. Creative candy inspired milkshakes and the famous King Kong Sundae round out Sugar Factory’s inspired menu.

SUGAR FACTORY OCEAN DRIVE
Miami’s sweet new hot spot, Sugar Factory American Brasserie, is now open at the stylish Hotel Victor on Ocean Drive at the epicenter of South Beach’s celebrity and social scene. The 3,000-square-foot brasserie and retail store houses a luxuriously hip dining room and expansive 100-seat patio overlooking South Beach.

Sugar Factory Miami offers the brand’s renowned retail offerings, including the world-famous Couture Pops. Known for their celebrity appeal, Sugar Factory’s Couture Pops are sure to be a hit among Miami’s elite. Grab-and-go selections will include novelty and bulk candy, snow cones, gelato and ice cream sandwiches to enjoy along the boardwalk.

The menu at Sugar Factory Miami serves everything throughout the day from pancakes, crepes, salads, and burgers to satisfying desserts such as the legendary King Kong Sundae, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, decadent shakes, including the chocolate cookie jar shake, made with Oreo cookie crumbles, chocolate chips, caramel, vanilla ice cream and pure melted chocolate, topped with whipped cream and Oreo cookies.

The eatery’s premium cocktails mix sweet treats with spiked adult beverages, including Sugar Factory’s signature alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets, such as the Berry Bliss, a scintillating mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. The martini selections include the Sour Apple Lolly Martini, finished off with a Pop Rocks rim and lollipop in the glass; and the S’Mores Martini, a comforting combination of chocolate and marshmallows, garnished with a graham cracker rim.
