Recognizing that the profession of Real Estate Inspection is now more than ever a vital social and economic influence in the MENA Region, the United Arab Emirates Chapter of the MIDDLE EAST PROPERTY INSPECTION ASSOCIATION - MEREIA does hereby dedicate itself to the advancement of the real estate inspection industry, to serve both the public interest and the interest of its members.

The association is organized for the following purposes:
• Help shape the future of the organization on an international basis for the members and the building inspection marketplace at large;
• Assist the members and government agencies in promoting education, training and inspection standards in the industry;
• Develop and maintain a building inspection certification program in con-junction with the Government of Dubai and third party training organizations
• Through building inspection increase the building inspection standards thus increasing the building quality
• Promoting to the public at large the benefits of building inspections
• Informing the public at large of the basic criteria for selecting an inspection company that fits their requirements
• Support Government initiatives related to the Inspection Industry
