Mr. Almulla graduated from the faculty of Sharia and Law, United Arab Emirates University in 1985, and in the same year, he was appointed as a prosecuting attorney. In 1987, he was appointed as the vice president of the State Affairs in the UAE Ministry of Justice. He - then - has taken charge of a lot of positions like:
President of the Abu Dhabi Public Prosecution.
Director General of the Judicial Inspection Department at the Ministry of Justice, UAE.
President of the Court of Appeal
Director of the Training and Judicial Studies Institute.
A Member of the Supreme Council of the Federal Judiciary in the United Arab Emirates.
An authorized arbitrator at Abu Dhabi Commercial conciliation and Arbitration Center.

From 2002 till now, he has devoted himself to practise law.
