Founded in 1981 in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. as a 100% UAE National Ownership, Al Nahiya Group originated as a single purpose National Establishment specifically licensed to “Employ and Recruit National and Non National Manpower for on shore and off shore Oil and Gas Fields and Installation Services”. Since then, Al Nahiya Group has diversified its activities and now offers its Clients & Principals a wide range of support activities that fully complement our core business. We are ISO 9001 certified and believe in Total Quality Management (TQM) at every stage of our business processes.
Recognizing the correlation between Manpower Supply and the continuous need to keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and methodologies in the Oil & Gas industry, Al Nahiya Group Administration Consultancy and Training is separately licensed to provide Technical and Professional Training services that we offer to our Clients as in-house or external courses. We are able to support our clients’ training requirements by utilizing our network of expert local and international training partners.

We are approved by Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET) which was created by the Abu Dhabi Executive Council in 2010 to preside over technical and vocational training in the emirate.
